Creation of the innovation center in Lisbon, Portugal

First Virtual Assistant deployed!

Two years later, amidst the Covid pandemic, we celebrated the deployment of our 1st omnichannel AI-powered virtual assistant at Caixa Geral de Depósitos, the largest Portuguese commercial bank.

Our voicebot is now deployed in Healthcare companies

Two new clients, Unilabs Portugal, and ULSNA, deployed our solution on their customer's voice channels.
